Summary: Dan and Blair try to deal with the aftermath of Blair scheming with Chuck.

Author's Notes: This is my take on what should have happened following episode 522. I have not actually seen the episode so my take on it is an educated guess based on the bits and bobs I've read across fandom.

The story is told predominantly from Blair's point of view, but switches to Dan's point of view at the beginning and three quarters to the end of the story

Summary: This is written in the Taciturn universe and is a continuation from Bridges. It is a continuation of Serena's Point of View (POV) on Dan and Blair's relationship. This story overlaps with both Taciturn and Bridges in that Dan and Blair have been friends for over two years (hope that is not too confusing).

Author's notes: This all started when I was working on another fic from Serena’s pov and it made me wonder how does it  feel to lose the person you truly love to the person you least expect. Somehow I wondered into Chuck territory and wrote this in the space of a few minutes. This is my take on Chuck’s reaction to the picture of Dan and Blair at the Met Steps.

PS: I do not hate Dan and Blair, Chuck’s pov just took over and wanted to be heard.

I have started editing what I have written down for "Taciturn - The Sequel". I'm pleased with what I have so far and I think it has ended up a bit bigger than I expected.  I will be publishing it as separate, individual and completed stories which are continuations of each other. I think I might end up with three to four parts in total, but we'll see, I'm not committing to anything at this point as I don't know where the muse will take me or if I will have the time.  One of the reasons why I will be writing them as individual, but complete stories is because I dislike leaving things unfinished.
