Story Title: All Roads Lead To Yale
Story Type - het (PG-13), Alternate Universe (AU)
Characters/Pairings - Dan/Blair (Serena, Chuck, Jenny, Rufus, Vanessa, and other characters also feature)

Plot: Takes place sometime within the Episode 2.21 “Seder Anything” universe.

Summary: Blair is more desperate than ever to get into Yale.  She ropes an unwilling Dan into her plans.  However, she wasn’t expecting the road to Yale to lead to other things.

Notes: Everything in Episode 2.21 occurred except, Blair didn’t make up with Nate, Blair didn’t ask Cyrus to talk to his friend about NYU and Rufus and Jenny spent the night at Lily’s. 

In this universe, Vanessa comes to Dan for comfort following her encounter with Chuck and her break up with Nate respectively. Dan and Vanessa brood over drinks; Dan has one or two drinks while Vanessa gets royally drunk, causing Dan to put her to bed in Jenny’s room.

Dedications and thank yous: A big thank you to artemis_sparks, who waded through the badness and helped me shape this story into something more realistic and hopefully interesting. I appreciate your patience, tenacity and dedication. It couldn’t have been easy reading the same old story (loaded with badness) again and again. I couldn’t have done this without you and I learnt so much from this experience (absolutely invaluable) and I hope I will be able to transfer everything I learnt into my fic writing. I don’t know if I’ll write a fic of this length again though.

I have some story ideas, one of them is as a result of the D/B Season 3 promo, not sure if or when I'm gonna write them. Getting free time to write is very challenging at the moment. 

 

 xoxobigbang challenge finished, just waiting on beta feedback. I'm hoping that it ticks all the right boxes.

In other news, I created some artwork (well, my newbie version) to celebrate - I really need to get out more :)

I have always felt like Sienna Miller and Blake Lively kinda resemble each other, in terms of looks. In my mind they could pass as sisters.

I know Sienna is likely not to do it but, wouldn't it be cool if she appeared on Gossip Girl as a relation of Serena's.

 I made my first collage, woohoo. Don't know if it's any good however, I am still excited about it.
